Shared capability to conversations

So I have a site that is using the texting feature, but needs to have it where all the users can see the texts or reply to them.

Anyone have any ideas? I have two members as management and they can see the texts but not respond to them getting the "another user has a conversation with" message.

Most of the sites I'm using texting on are happy with this setup but this is a crisis pregnancy center and they want the ability to have a receptionist or nurse etc respond to an existing conversation.

I'm sure its just something simple I'm missing but any advice is appreciated.

The SMS is routed to a Queue?

its routed to a queue and is set for take ownership.

as far as I'm aware that should allow all the users to read it.

The only user that can perform this action is the Queue manager, so in this case you might need to have multiple queue managers.
