Shared Park pickup on Mobile App

If I put a call on a Shared Park 9 on my BLF bays, I can't see BLF on my mobile 3CX app. Can I pick it up?

I tried dialling the Orbit park code *19, but that didn't work. Are Orbit and Shared totally different parks?

I am on a 3CX Enterprise system today ( I know Orbit doesn't work on my SMB) but this is being tested on an Enterprise.

You can dial "SP9" (used to require uppercase but I think that recently changed) in the app.

In v18 it also works to set up an extension that only forwards to SP9, however, it seems that will no longer be possible in v20.

Another option if near a PC is to use the web client's Panel page to right click and unpark the call.

Yes parking orbit and shared parking are different things. Yes it's a bit confusing.

I don't understand. How do I dial the letters 'SP' on my mobile app dial pad? P sits on number 7, but even if I hold it down, or press it multiple times, it doesn't show as letters. I'm confused. Can you elaborate?

It does work to type SP9 somewhere else, copy it, and paste it into the dialer.

At some point recently it worked via search: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/softphone-unpark-issue.122092/post-571645. I recall doing that at the time, however, I cannot seem to get that to work today. Perhaps it changed since August?

3CX has recommended orbits: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/shared-park-from-mobile-v20.123997/. Of course that doesn't work with the BLFs on other users' devices.

In v20, currently by default the User role can't park/unpark, which leaves changing roles, orbit, or hold-then-transfer. However this is supposed to change in the next RC release.

I have only the iPhone with me now and is working - on the keypad tap the bottom left magnifier button to open the Search and there tap, for instance, sp0, and below will appear "Call sp0".

Ah yes thank you for straightening me out, I was looking at various other magnifying glass icons in the app and missed that one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Knew I'd seen it before in that other thread.

copy and paste or magnifying glass and searching is not working on samsung or one plus phones. Unless I am missing something

There are a couple of magnifying glass icons in the app. The one to use is on the Keypad page, to the left of the green "dial" icon and below *. It opens a "select a contact" page, and the search includes internal extensions, DRs, and shared parking numbers.

To paste, in the iOS app at least, I can tap above the number field (into "nothing") and option "Paste" appears. If something is on the clipboard.

That is the one I used. I type sp and it shows "Special Menu" if I type sp0 it says no results found on both oneplus phone and samsung phone. Only 1 magnifying option on Android as far as I can see and it is directly to the left of the green call button. Just did it right now to make sure I what I was stating is true. At least for me
