Solved Shared Parking BLF keys do not work on X3U or X4U

Running Ver 20 Build 1494, Pro, hosted by 3CX.
Fanvil X3U running FW 2.4.12 from 3CX
Fanvil X4U-V2 running FW 2.12.16.20 from 3CX

From the Admin Console, I provisioned both a Fanvil X3U and X4U with shared parking SP1 and SP2 on BLF keys. The BLF lights indicated correctly when a call is parked (by a Yealink device), but I cannot park or unpark those same SP calls from my Fanvil phones. When I try to park a call (by pressing the button) both the X3U and X4U says "Park Failed!". When I try to unpark a call (by pressing the button) the X3U says "Dialogue does not exist". When I try to unpark a call the X4U says, "Pick Up Failed".

In short, SP BLF buttons on all my Fanvil devices do not work, 100% of the time.

In contrast, my Yealink T46U SP BLF buttons work exactly as expected when provisioned from Admin Console.

That was it. Selected user roles on the Fanvil phones did not allow Shared Parking. I changed them and it works perfectly. Thank you very much. I appreciate it.

Glad to know this is resolved. Also ensure to check the Users Roles in this guideline.
