We have shared parking configured with two shared parking slots Configured in the buttons. It appears to "Park the call" in the shared parking slot, shows theres a call on the SP button, the caller hears hold music.

When we go to pickup the Shared Park Call - it shows that the call is picked up (the caller no longer hears hold music, and the number shows up on the phone as connected), but you don't hear anything on either end of the call.

Using Yealink T46S phones.

Hello @moss

Can you replicate the same behaviour when parking a local call? Also under your SIP trunk settings make sure that the options "Supports Re-Invite" and "Support Replaces" are not enabled and that under the extensions settings the same settings are enabled.

I have ran into this issue myself this week on almost all of our phone systems but I have one using a nexvortex sip trunk that this is not enabled on and it is currently happening

I would recommend creating a ticket regarding this if it is happening on multiple systems as our support department will need to look into the log files of the system to determine the cause of the issue.

Sorry - just getting back to this.

Those selections are correct on the sip trunk and the extensions.

The same behavior is happening on internal call as well as external calls.

Once I followed the above steps this has taken care of all the phone system. So far 3 days without a hiccup on mine

As a followup - Ours was a DNS issue of some sort. Changed from our ISP dns to 8.8.8.8 and it fixed the issue.
