I love the shared parking feature, it's great for customers replacing older phone systems who are used to, for example, making a tannoy announcement to say there is a call on line 1 for x.

It works beautifully when you can program BLF's but how does one pickup a call parked in this manner when the phones have no BLFs, we have a few T19P E2's in use in a warehouse and as staff pop in and out it's useful for them to be able to pickup calls in there.

Thanks
Lawrie

Yes, but the dialcodes refer to 'Parking Orbit' not 'Shared Parking Orbit' unless I am misunderstanding something.

For the phones which do have BLFs we need to be able to see which SP's are in use.

create an extension - I use 771,772, etc (77 for Shared Park)
Then forward all calls to external number SP1, SP2, etc.
It's a hokey workaround - but it works 99.9% of the time.
