Hi,

We currently have an integration with Office 365, and it appears to be functioning properly. We're using it for single sign-on through Office 365, and no errors are being reported. However, when we try to use SharePoint for storage, we get the following error. Based on the documentation provided, it needs a folder within the root site, but I don't think there is a way to do that. We can only add a document library in the root site. Is there anything else we should be considering?

Hi

if you have reconfigured the 365 on v20 and chosen to use SharePoint, then here are all the points that need to be adhered to for this work

The integration needs to have been done using the new automatic method and the 365 global admin account. This account is also licensed in 365 with a 365 license, which includes SharePoint.

The
365 global admin has the SharePoint admin rights assigned.

Verify that the folders have been created on the communication site. The default site was created by default, not the one you created afterwards.

Click the document section of the site called Communication Site.

The section that contains this is now under the System > Storage section

I'll attempt this and see if it works.

We’re following the guide on https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/sharepoint/ & trying to configure SharePoint storage, however, it’s not showing any folder/path/sites. We’ve tried creating both the Teams site & Communication sites, but 3CX won’t see any of the sites:

3CX integration with M365 is configured & working OK too:

Even the app registration permission in Azure seems to be OK:

Is there anything else we’d do, to get this working?
