Solved Show all missed calls on Fanvil X7?

Hi all,

Hopefully this is a simple one.

On the Fanvil X7 phones under missed calls it only shows missed call transfers and not missed calls coming through on the call queue.

Is there a way for this to be visible for all the phones to see customers that have called in and the call hasn't been answered by any of them?

Is it the option below?

No.

Missed calls in the queue are only shown on the Web Client / PWA.





As a call going through the queue might poll an agent multiple times your agents will be FLOODED with missed call notifications. This way they ALL see it, and can process it without all your agents calling the same person back.

Thanks Nicholas, much appreciated. I did consider there could be implications for instances where there are high call volumes.
