Can anyone tell me if it's possible to configure the Softphone to show the company/full name of the number calling? Currently we have all our contacts in an Outlook Public folder. It would be amazingly cool (and probably amazingly difficult) to match the callid with the phone number in the address book and show the correct details when they call. Anyone have any ideas if this is possible currently? Maybe by importing them into the speedials and matching them there?
