Hello all!
Say I have extension 100 and 101. Both are assigned to BLF-keys on the other one's phone.
Now, if an someone (external/internal) calls extension 101, I can see on the screen of the phone of extension 100 (right next to the BLF-button) who is calling that extension.
This can of course also be seen in the 3CX client on Windows, but it's very useful to see this directly on your phone.
My question is: this function works on SNOM phones, but doesn't seem to work on Yealink phones.
Is this simply not supported or can this be configured somewhere?
Thanks!
