Solved Showing extension name when calling from mobile

Hi,

we have added the mobile numbers from our employees to the internal extensions. When one of them is calling us via his mobile, the phone is not showing the name name from the extension. Adding additional contacts in the Phonebook will solve that, but we need to add every person twice in that case. And we would like to avoid that.
What needs to be done that when a mobile, assigned to a extension, calls we can see the name?
We are running the latest Version on Linux if that matters.

External calls coming in will lookup against the address book and not the extension list therefore will not show names of people calling in when their mobile is in the extension

Thanks for clarification, if that is the way then we need to add all employees/mobiles to the phonebook
