Solved Showing extensions group

Hi Everyone,
I have a hotel customer who want to use the webclient, to see the status of phones in the rooms .
The user is member of the group "Rooms" but when logged in , no member of Rooms is displayed , only the extension Reception .

In the Department options is the below enabled?

Hi , i`m using version 18 update 7 and there are no departments , but groups right ?
Under groups, it is enable as you can see .

First of all you need to update to the latest build as this version is not able to activate at the moment.
Also do the extensions have the option to Show presence?
