On my laptop (Windows Surface Pro) I often move from the docking station to stand-alone and back. The screen resolutions are different. The 3CX window tends not to resize properly, but to shrink over time. It also doesn't have a resize or maximize ability, so it becomes less and less useful... See attached image.
