Hi,
I got one of these Engenius SI-683H phone to try out; trouble is.. I can't get it to play ball with 3CX. Just a simple setup - extension calls extension - and the call is always dropped on pickup with a 'Not Supported Here' error in the logs.
There's not much out there in Googland about this device... has anyone out there with 3CX got these things working?
BTW I'm not a complete noob.

Well yes, I thought it would be worth the effort. I have to spec a VOIP system for a school, and outside of lesson time the staff are pretty mobile and wish to remain contactable. This phone sits in a charging cradle when not in use, so won't to be affected by the short battery life normally associated with WiFI phones.
DECT SIP Phones are pretty much tied to their base, so can't be used everywhere.
The school has a state-of-the-art Wireless Install (Extricom) which is perfect for wifi phones.
