Silence on Voicemail Recording

Strange issue happening, we are running 3CX V11 with Sangoma A200 card, when someone leaves a voicemail sometimes it's silent at the start for a while then you will eventually hear the person.

I am opening a ticket with 3CX now as there is obviously a bug here.
