The customer would like to incoming queue calls to the IP-phone button, without an alarm sound.
Whether it is possible to make a virtual extension that does not really have a user or terminal. But which IP phone could be represented by a button? I also didn’t find a way to make a BLF key for a queue that would run the same thing?
