Solved singular published story API is deprecated for versions v2.4 and higher

Just installed WhatsApp in a 3CX tenant. Receiving messages works fine, but I can't sent anything. The error code I see is:

Failed to send message(s) to the provider 'whatsapp' from '+31xxxxxxxxx' to '+31xxxxxxxx'. Exception: {"error":{"message":"(#12) singular published story API is deprecated for versions v2.4 and higher","type":"OAuthException","code":12,"fbtrace_id":"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"}}

(replaced the personal info with xxxxx)

Does anyone else have this problem and a solution?

I see now the webhooks fields can only be version 15, 14 is not an option. Perhaps that's the problem..

Can you please send screenshot of WhatsApp Trunk configuration page and Facebook App configuration page. In private, mask token value.

Phone number ID should be ID that placed under phone number on Getting started screen on facebook. It's number like "100766412808304", not a phone number. Change it and try again to send something.
