Hi All,

I'm trying to register my sip trunk with Metaswitch consistently receiving this error

sip:[email protected]:5060 replied: 604 Does Not Exist Anywhere; from IP:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060

If the IP you left out is the Metaswitch IP then you should start by looking there. The 3CX activity log could offer more details as well If you are still experiencing issues then we will need more information about your setup to be able to assist.

BTW the 10000 isn't what's configured as the main number trunk.
But for some reason it keeps coming in the logs

That is the internal extension number of the trunk. It comes up in logs to help identify the trunk it is from.

Please let me know what info you would be needing.

What version PBX are you running? Is it Windows or Debian? Is it hosted or installed on premise? Does the firewall checker pass? Why don't you try a supported provider?
