SIP ALG: Failed parsing. Error code: -1019

I am sure people have run into this before with their Firewall and NAT setup I am trying to see what ports and ranges I specifically need to open to avoid this error?

I am using a variety of SIP clients one of which is the Cisco 7940G phone, another is my Cell phone PDA running SJLabs SIP client. I can place calls inbound to my Cisco 7940 but not outbound to my cell, this SIP ALG error I believe is the reason.

Most probably this error has no connection to ports. Failed parsing means that some device can not understand some syntax used in SIP message.

Can you be more specific? What exactly produces this error and how it happens? Can you provide us with logs of the events from the server status page?

Security Logs for SIP SLG Parsing Error.

Here is the setup I am using.

I have a static NAT from the Public IP to my internal IP on TCP Port 5060 for SIP Registration. Then I added a rule to allow "any any" to my internal network on TCP ports 9000 - 9999 per the 3CX documentation and also on UDP port 5060. Since I am also using a Cisco 7940G SIP phone, I read that I need to open ports 16384 - 32766 so there is a rule in there for that as well. So from the outside world to my internal SIP phones ports TCP 9000 - 9999, TCP 16384 - 32766 and UDP 5060 are all open. I have no specific Static NATs to internal SIP phones which is why I think i am getting this error. Here is some output from my logs...
