SIP directally going to VM

Hi , i can make outbound calls, but for incommign calls direlcatally going to VM, using 1 T53 and 3, T33G.
can recive the VM's

Hi @HARVINDER SINGH

Check your routing and your group settings. If the calls are hitting your installation and you can receive the voicemails then its a matter of configuration. Check your Office hours tab and make sure your setup is correct.
