hello,
I installed a Zultys 2x1 sip phone.
the phone registers correctly but it is unable to make calls, it is able to call extensions only BUT voicemail (that seems threated as an external call).
from the log it seems an identification issue, any clues?
this is the log of an unsuccessful attempt:

13:22:32.564 [CM500002]: Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification:

Here is a link to a site, someone was having some problems with the same model set and made some changes to get it to work with another PBX. http://www.linux.com/archive/articles/53442?page=2

Read the paragraph on Configuration.

thanks but he didn't post the phone configuration, he posted just the asterisk one.
can someone understand from the log file which is the parameter that the pbx doesn't accept to identify?
thanks and regards.

Why is all of that traffic on port 1026?

it was because of the network configuration; I just changed it to a clearer one:

16:48:12.632 [CM500002]: Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification:
INVITE sip:[email protected]:5060 SIP/2.0

192.168.0.101 is the 3cx pbx ip address and 192.168.0.114 is the zultys 2x1 sip phone.

is it possible that the invite string "INVITE sip:[email protected]:5060 SIP/2.0" is not the one the pbx is expecting?
99 is the extension dialed, shouldn't it be the the phone extension instead?
is it possible to change the way a phone is identified trough the invite string?
