Could you please help me to find place where 3CX contain format of sip registration request and in which format 3cx waiting for answer?
3cx v16.

Generally there is not much you can change on the registration attempt from 3CX to a Voip provider. Anything that can be changed can be done so from the trunk settings in the Options and Outbound parameters tab. The 200 OK should be based on the registration attempt. Here in attach logs of successful OK from Megafon and 3cx is understand reply from provider.
also successful OK from tatais, but 3cx don't understand.
How to solve it?

The logs you posted are not very useful as the reply from tatais and the reply from 3CX are not for the same call. The time is different, the call id is different and the rinstance value is different so we cannot be sure that the reply is for the same conversation. If would be more useful to post the message sent from 3CX with the reply from the provider for that message and the final answer from 3CX. This will make things a lot clearer.
