SIP Session Keepalive Timer

Our ITSP every 15 minute sends a SIP INVITE as a Keepalive Timer. However 3CX doenst like this and the audio drops.

any ideas? I have wireshark showing the INVITE message. we loose audio and 2 minutes later i will hang up the phone and see a BYE message.

Send me it, please(wireshark capture). It is interesting why "3CX doesn't like it". In general it should like it
