We recently had an issue with one of our SIP-T46S phones and had to do a factory reset. We have been unable to update to the correct firmware that will work with our 3CX installation and after some research I have found that other users who had this issue were able to fix this by updating to firmware version 66.84.0.35 first.
I had previously been able to acquire the firmware using this link: https://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/v160/templates/firmwareupdates/yealink/T4XS-66.84.0.35.rom however the file seems to have been removed. By any chance does anyone have a copy of this firmware version I might be able to have.
