Does anyone know of a way to adjust the volume of the ringtone for the headset vs. the volume on the handset? Have a group of users all in one room with these phones and headsets, all in the same ring all call queue, and users are annoyed at the volume level. They wear the headsets all day and would like to see if we can set it so that only the headset rings audibly, but not the handset?
Any volume control I can find seems to adjust both and I can't find a way to change them independently. The headset base makes a chirping noise, but if they are not at their desk, that doesn't get heard. The ringer volume in the headset is only as loud as the volume controls on the phone will allow, so if they turns the phones down, the headset ringing is barely heard, but if they turn it up, the headset is fine, but then there are 8 phones in one area all ringing.
Any thoughts?
