SIP trunk addition issues *** HELP ***

I'm configuring a SIP trunk to a newly installed Elastix 2.3 system. Extensions (phones) added ok and working.

After entering:

Trunk name: SPA Line 1
Outbound caller id: MCIS
Allow any caller ID
Max channels: 1
Dialing modification rules left blank(makes no difference if there is an entry here)
Trunk Name: SPA_Line1
Peer Details
host=192.200.1.150
username=SPALine1
secret=123
type=peer

Hit submit, the screen refreshes without the addition of the trunk.

Why is this happening?

Welcome to Elastix.

Click on "Version" at the top of your PBX GUI screen, wait for it to display a popup screen and give us the complete version & release numbers please.

In addition to Amphibians valid request, could you please also confirm what browser and version of browser you are using.....

If it is Internet Explorer 10, then turn compatibility mode on for your Elastix address...

The amount of calls this week at work with IE10 issues (as it finally flows through to end users from Microsoft).

Otherwise use Google Chrome....

I haven't checked, but I think that there is an increased amount of Javascript and CSS on that page which may be affected by the browser that you use...

After you install Elastix did you do an update? I know I had some issues with Elastix 2.3.05 and once I installed 2.3.08 problems were solved. I would prob do the update and then see if prob still exsist. You can search several post on here on how to do the update.
