Carrier delivery SIP Trunk with next requirements, I wondering if 3CX cover all of them

TLS Port: 2481 Cifrado AES_CM_128_HMAC_SHA1
Codecs: G729 annexb = yes G.711a
Signaling: TLS/UDP

** Certificate
1. Carrier delivery a CSF
2 we need signed it and generate certificate
3. carrier load this certificate and we need load it too

Questions:
1. 3CX supports 2481 Cifrado AES_CM_128_HMAC_SHA1?
2. can use certificates on SIP trunks?

DAtos queue nos envia el carrier

Hi @danfw

It looks like your provider requires mutual authentication for TLS which 3CX does not support. You can load the certificate in 3CX under the trunk settings and that is used for 3CX to act as the client and verify the servers certificate. If for inbound calls to the PBX, the pbx will need to act as the server then you will have issues.

user@host / Ej From: <sips:45xxxxxx@ip_publica_cliente:12352>
Also i see that your provider is using sips which is the deprecated method for TLS which we no longer use.

I will suggest going with a 3CX supported provider to avoid the guessing game and have a more streamlined experience.
