My sip Trunk end all outgoing call

Check the logs to see the reason for the call not being established.
Usually a busy signal if the outbound route can not be built. So it sounds like the provider is rejecting the call.

If this occurs during a call on every call I would probably look at something on a network level possibly or a timer somewhere.

32 second drops are commonly a firewall/NAT issue, 15 seconds I have not heard of - but still worth checking I think. What firewall are you using ?

If the issue is easily replicated also running a Wireshark capture of the problem would also be a good idea: https://www.3cx.com/docs/capture-network-traffic/

As craigreilly suggests, check the Activity Log after a call attempt. That will show you if that call is going to your provider, and, any rejection message returned. If it does show the call being rejected, then contact them to find out why.

You don't say where you are located, or list your provider. In North America, in order to reduce SPAM calls, providers are now beginning (required ) to block calls, where the caller ID is not a valid number, or in a standard 10 or 11 digit format. If that were the case, you would have received notification of the change

3cx call has failed 0.0.0.0 replied 408 request timeout

Earlier in the log for that call, did it show the outbound rules routing the call to the URL/IP of your provider? Did the log actually show an IP of 0.0.0.0?
