SIP Trunk Provider

Does anyone have a SIP trunk provider (even better if they support T.38 FAX) for Jamaica?

I have a customer who would like to have some Jamaican sip trunks on their 3CX system.

The 3CX recommend voip providers doesn't list one for Jamaica.
