SIP Trunk Registration dropping out / disabled (Ver 16.0.6.641)

I'm running 3CX Version 16.0.6.641 on Windows 10 at a couple of sites. The users report that they can't make or receive external calls. Looking at the SIP Trunk page, the trunk status is red. I try to send a Refresh Registration request, but nothing appears to happen. If I click "Enable All", then I can send the refresh ok. This only appears to have started with this version. Any ideas ?
