SIP Trunk won't open after update to version 20

i am logged in as system owner. Firewall check is green. However, when i click on the SIP trunk to open it up,


it kicks me back to the https://kellermtrealty.mt.3cx.us/#/people

Was it a generic trunk? Based on other posts from 3CX it sounds like some trunks need to be deleted and recreated with a generic template. I haven’t run into that myself though, when/after using a generic template in v18 and upgrading.
