Hi All

firstly hello, my name is Chris from Sydney Australia..

I am having some difficulties with Outbound call registrations using mynetfone VOIP trunks , I get the following message when trying to make calls

"Call or Registration to PhoneNumber@(Ln. 1000@mynetfone) has failed. [ V4 125.213.160.83:5060 UDP target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=788 ] replied: 404 Not Found;from IP:125.213.160.83:5060"

unfortunately the provider has been unable to assist with the 3cx setup as they haven't any knowledge of it, they do however require specific SIP messages/formats for registration (as below) I am not aware of how to set this from 3cx, anyone able to assist?

regards

Chris

After a bit of wiresharking I have found that the first VIA string is using the local address of my 3cx server, rather than the public address, is it possible somewhere to change this configuration?

Could it be a STUN issue? Do you have that enabled in 3CX?

did you use the template to set up the provider? if not, look here:
http://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/3rd-party-supported-voip-providers/

they are listed.
