Hi Riann,
Like me, you may find you need to look for an alternative to Sipgate. I've posted elsewhere in this forum about Sipgate problems, and although your registration problem may be unrelated, even if you do successfully register, I think you'll still experience the problems I had, which I've copied below.
Regards.

Here's an extract of my earlier posts:
I tried to use Sipgate for a while, but I've given up, and I think you may do also, because despite the configuration issues, it's now clear that Sipgate do not supprt DTMF tones which can be recognised by 3CX. That means is you have a caller and you offer a Digital Receptionist service (such as 'Press 1 for Sales'), then 3CX will not recgnise any of the tones, and your caller will not be routed.
My posts on this problem and a link to an external forum dealing with Sipgate problems is extracted here:

Hi Sakib,
Thanks for the pointer. It explains some of the problems I've been having with DR. I've tested it thoroughly: whatever Sipgate say, DTMF tones from them will not be recognised in 3CX.
Arrgh! - Time to search for yet another provider!
The post you linked to mentioned VoipUser and VoipTalk. Does anyone have any technical or support/service expereices with either of them, or with any other UK Georaphic number services which work with 3CX?
Regards.
Mike

That's a significant shortcoming in the Sipgate service, so I've started the process of trying to find an alternative provider. The 3CX forum recommends three providers in this article:
