Solved Sipgate UK settings

Hi,
I have successfully used Sipgate Trunk in the UK with 3cx. I used the .de (german) template when creating the trunk. Everything seems to work except oubound CID. Only the main trunk number is sent, and I think sipgate are adding this as the one from 3cx is malformed in some way. I have a number of DIDs that I would like to send from various extensions.

Has anyone solved this already?

Please note that the template for SIpgate DE is already configured to send the outbound caller id of the extension but that does not mean that the same settings apply for Sipgate UK. Since we have not tested Sipgate Uk i would recommend asking them where they read the Outbound caller ID from and adjust your trunks outbound parameters accordingly.

Think I've solved it. Use the generic/generic template. But also make sure all incoming CIDs are formatted 0044203xxxxxx but outgoing CIDs should just be 44203xxxxxx etc....
Seems to work for me.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread with your solution. Working with the generic template means that SIpgate UK is using different settings than Sipgate DE.
