sips from Flowroute

I have two 3CX systems both connect to Flowroute
I want to an inbound route from Flowroute to 3CX via sips
on one system this works just fine
inbound route host hostname:5061;transport=tls
do the same on the other system not working
I made sure that 5061 incoming is not blocked on the firewall
still nothing.
any idea what I might be missing on the 3CX side? it looks like 3CX is not even listening on 5061

Nevermind: not quite sure what happened but it is working now.....
