Sipura 3000 incoming call PSTN

I have setup the server and its working great, I can make outbound calls that go through the Sipura to PSTN. Also I can make incomfing calls from PSTN to an extension on 3cx.
But if I select that all incoming calls go to a recepetionist or direct to a voicemail or if the ext does not pickup and goes to voicmail, I do not hear anything, I know its connected because if I go to voicemail and then hit # for voicemail and 0 exit it ends the call. Any ideas?

is not completely clean. I have some adobe software installed and windows media player for the mp3 player.
I will try to reformat and see if I still have the problem. I have to see if there is a back up configuration menu. That would be great
