I am getting some 403 for inbound calls so I thought to whitelist the IP addresses for SkyeTel and I found that it would not let me add "52.41.52.34" to the allow list. It says "This IP address is already in the blacklist" when it nowhere to be found in my customers PBX.

I also tested this on my PBX and it says the same thing. Must be in the 3CX master list, shouldn't this be whitelisted on 3CX's side?

I am having the same problem. Can 3CX please remedy this problem before I loose customers over it?

I also have sent this info to SkyeTel to have them reach out to 3CX.

Hi All,

We've alerted 3CX about this. They're support team is really great with us, and I'm confident that we'll have a solution as soon as possible.

In the meantime, you can work around this issue using this:
https://support.skyetel.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040710254-Phone-Number-Failures

This setting will configure your Skyetel numbers to route around the block and go through a different region.

Other option for quick resolution is to temporarily turn off the 3CX master block list

Hi all,
The entry has now been lifted from global blacklist, sorry for the inconvenience.

We have removed the IP from the Global Blacklist, but because the sync happens once a day, it may still be in your system.
If you are still getting the same error, as @SweetAction said, you can go to Settings --> Security --> Anti-Hacking, disable the Global Blacklist, press OK, then immediately enable it again and press OK again.

This will flush the IPs and will wait for the next sync to re-populate.

Thanks @NickD_3CX & the rest of the 3CX Team!
