Hello, i have a new 3CX Startup Pro account. I've added a Skeytel Trunk using the config guide, but it never connects. The error message is Trunk Authentication Error.
The SIP credentials from Skyetel are correct as I directly copied them from the Skyetel Website when it appeared. Also, I've made additional SIP Credentials just in case and copied the information into Notepad++ so i don't lose it. None of them connect in 3CX.
In Skyetel I have a SIP Credential w/Route using the username enabled. For Local Numbers, i have one routed to the Sip credential mentioned with the format set to +1NPANXXXXXXX.
In 3CX I have the Trunk with the Skyetel Local Number set as the main Trunk number (in E164 Format) and the auth id and auth password set to the credentials displayed when creating the Skytel SIP credentials.
thanks
