a) for skype gateway, is there a difference if we use Skype for Windows versus Skype for Business?
b) is the skype feature "call phones and mobiles" possible in skype gateway? We would be calling outbound from hard phones. The idea is to preserve existing PSTN for incoming calls predominantly, use a couple of skype lines for primary outbound.
