We have a small real estate office that currently has 5 traditional lines. We are planning on moving to a hybrid solution and would appreciate any feedback:
- 3CX Software on Dedicated PC
- Linksys SPA 400 Gateway
- 3 Inphonex VOIP lines + 2 traditional lines
- My goal is to keep 2 traditional lines connected into gateway and 3 Voip lines (5 lines total and failover in case internet goes down).
- How do we link lines together so main line is always kept open and never busy? Would VOIP virtual lines address this issue?
- Any suggestions on faxing, We would like to email incoming faxes but after hours no one would monitor our email so we wouldn't know who to forward fax to and it is time sensitive?
- We currently have a panasonic pbx and phones, I guess we would just hope to resell?
