SMB 10 issue

HEllo, i have 2 client now on the SMB 10 version,

we have a few question:

1. Can we get the voicemail trough Email?
2. Can we change the voicemail Language (we are french, user set in french, interface is in french, menu still in english...)
3. how to change the caller ID?

Regarding your questions,

1. It is not possible no to have the vmail wav file included in the email received when a vmail is left.

2. With the vmail greeting language, depending on the region of the subscription will determine the language setting.

3. The caller ID can not be changed. This is your main trunk number and the only DID available with 3CX Free.

This is a big problem for me and will stop a new installation with more than 100 user if it is not possible to change VMAIL greeting language

Currently testing hosted SMB 10 and even if everything is in French and I bought a licence to a French partner in a French Canadian province the VMAIL are still in English

My voip provider are also French

Well for over 100 users you would not use a 3CX SMB version as this allows only up to 20 users with largest possible subscription for SMB.

Over 100 users will require a dedicated hosted instance where you can change the vmail prompt language.

Not in the 20 user license. Just use a Pro or Enterprise license, where you can under Settings/Language & Office Hours.

Same here... great pricepoint, great product, but without the language option i can't do much with it!
