Solved SMB PRO migrate to SMB Free

We have some clients still on SMB PRO -- which has been discontinued. They definitely don't need 3CX PRO - so their only choice for a hosted solution is the 3CX SMB Free.

What's are the licence migration steps for these accounts?

If they use "SMB Pro", then they're on free already. There's only one version now.

On the 3CX SMB FREE licence, when you click RENEW, it says it will be renewed automatically.

On the 3CX SMB PRO licence, when you click RENEW, it says it can't be renewed.... what happens at renewal date?

At the renewal date, it will drop to an SMB Free key
