SMB Trunk adding

I have installed a 3CX SMB free version.
I am trying to add a Trunk given from a Cyprus provider and i cannot find the provider in the list (there is no Cyprus providers CYTA OR EPIC at all in the list for SMB)
How can i add the trunk?

Hello,

CYTA and EPIC are not supported on SMB due to they way they provision their trunks, making them incompatible with SMB. You should really be deploying on-prem for them, even self-hosted on a cloud provider might be a stretch with them (they provide trunks as ports on their onside hardware).
