We're using Twilio and enjoying 'the one UI' to do it all when it comes to our campus staff messaging their students.

How does journaling the messages work with a CRM integration? Ideally we'd love to see the messages sent and received. Is it too early to expect such integrations?

Yeah too early but it's something they are considering since it would make total sense.
