need some directions into troubleshooting the issue.
We have a bunch of DIDs with a Flowroute and all of them can receive SMS via the same global API setting.
However there is one number that can not get SMS (but can send out). Identical extension setup as others.
Flowroute says that from 3cx they are receiving an error code back from Callback URL https://xxhiddenxx.3cx.us/sms/flowroute/780a0c98c37c41f6be493022c9 indicating that there is no route to the host.
I tried to remove that number enter it again, assign to other extension, use not e164 format jsut in case, nothing helps. What other more in depth troubleshooting steps I could apply? 3cx install on self hosted virtual server, I have full CLI access if needed.
