Solved SMS Feature Question

It is currently possible to have inbound texts go to a queue so that a group of users can respond and "take" or handle the message. This is a great feature and it works well. Can you tell me if it is possible for a SMS message that has been taken to be sent back to a queue or group, or to add internal users to an outbound SMS? If that feature exists I cannot figure out how to use it, and if it doesn't then could that feature be added? I wanted to post this in the suggestions forum but I have insufficient privileges to post there.

No, it is not possible to transfer back to a queue but you can transfer to another user.

You also cannot add internal users to an outgoing SMS nor can I see this idea getting any traction.

Users with admin rights to the mgmt console can browse chats to look at any messages.
