Hey there,
I've started using Twilio SMS in a couple of different 3CX Pro dedicated hosted environments now in Australia (Country code +61).
I've noticed in the 3CX app I can send to a mobile number, without country code +61 (i.e. 0404123456) but the response is with the country code (i.e. +61404123456) and this creates a new chat thread instead of using the existing.
Other than telling users to put +61 in front of every new SMS conversion, is there a better easier way to manage this issue? I've looked at some of the E164 processing rules, but they don't seem affect SMS.
Thanks,
Nick
