SMS test fails

I'm trying to get SMS setup with Flowroute and having issues. We have a custom FQDN and I followed everything I've found in the forums so far. Our SSL Cert passes the SSL checker. We pass the 3CX firewall tests.

We run a Sophos XG firewall, and I've tried opening up all ports to the 3CX server and it still isn't passing the tests. We can send SMS just fine. Just can't receive.

Can you check that your custom FQDN resolves to an IP address? If it does not then you will not be able to receive any SMS.

It does, and I can log into the management portal on port 5001 from outside the network.
