Solved SMS to RingGroup on V20

Hello,
I am trying to have one DID number from Telnyx that is set to ring group to have several users answer SMS messages. We are using Version 20.0 Update 1 (Build 721 Beta)

The message get answered by just one of the group members and is not displayed on all members.

Any advice?

Hi there.
If you answer from that user, and then when the close/resolve the conversation clicking on dealt with so it will finish, will the new message that arrives will not be shown to all the members before anyone reply?
