Solved SMTP Failed

The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

after changing the time and date of the server to the right settings.

with both outlook and gmail.

you could have the wrong host for the cert entered.

i am not sure about outlook, but gmail is smtp.gmail.com port 465

found the problem, my server diddent sync the correct time and date automaticly therefore he failed with the certificate
