SMTP not working hosted v20

Hi,
We are not receiving the welcome emails or password reset emails. we have checked our spam filters and quarantines.
Also, the password got reset for our admin account and now we are totally locked out of the hosted PBX.
We've opened up a support ticket with 3cx but have not gotten any response.

Any ideas would be great.

Your ticket with us at technical support was answered. You opened it during our closed hours, and it was responded to 5 hours later when support opened back up, noting that our SLA time for tickets is 48 hours. Please see our support procedures here: https://www.3cx.com/ordering/.

This should also now be resolved by changing your incorrectly configured SMTP server to use the 3cx SMTP.

Please ensure that when deploying systems, you use the correct email and SMTP servers to avoid these issues.

welcome to the club. The password reset mail is only sent 10 times then no more password requests work. We are locked out, too.
